Our Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. For opened items, we’ll offer an exchange or store credit provided they’re in resalable condition with original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened drip irrigation emitters and micro sprays
- Custom-cut drip irrigation tubing
- Used sprinkler nozzles and wands
- Any product that has been installed or used in an irrigation system
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Appearance: Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value, we’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return. For exchanges of higher value, you’ll need to place a new order for the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective irrigation product (such as a leaking sprinkler valve or faulty drip emitter):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost
- You may be asked to return the defective item for quality control purposes
