We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions) to bring professional-grade irrigation tools to gardeners worldwide.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your irrigation products. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to exchange or return eligible items.
Our Return Policy
- Most new, unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund
- Opened items in resalable condition with original packaging may be exchanged or credited as store credit
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened drip irrigation emitters and micro sprays
- Custom-cut drip irrigation tubing
- Used sprinkler nozzles and wands
- Any product that has been installed or used in an irrigation system
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
- Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Ship to: Watering Zone Returns, 28 Rosemount Viaduct, Aberdeen, GB AB1R 4WU
Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Appearance: Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
- For exchanges of the same value, we’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return
- For exchanges of higher value, you’ll need to place a new order for the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective irrigation product (such as a leaking sprinkler valve or faulty drip emitter):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost
- You may be asked to return the defective item for quality control purposes
